To hide a rest (Speedy Entry)

  1. Click the Speedy Entry tool  image\Speedy_Entry_Tool.gif; click the target measure. The editing frame appears.
  2. Click the note. You can also use the arrow keys to move the cursor.
  3. Press H. The rest changes to a lighter shade indicating it is hidden. It will not appear on the printed page.
