Use the override key and a context menu to do this easily. These steps apply to all “intelligently linked” items. See Linking Details for Linked Parts.

To show an item in the Score (and hide it in all Parts)

1. Choose Document > Edit Score to navigate to the score.
2. Right+click the item and uncheck Show. (This hides the item everywhere.)
3. Hold down CTRL, and right-click the item and recheck Show. The item is now set to show in the score but not the parts.
