The View Percentage Toolbar contains buttons that duplicate certain commands on the Zoom submenu of the View menu. Click the Window menu and choose menu Toolbars, then View Percentage Toolbar to display or hide the palette. Note that you can rearrange, add and remove tools by going to the View menu and choosing Customize Palettes, then menu Toolbars, then View Percentage Toolbar.
