The Layout menu Toolbar contains buttons that duplicate certain commands related to layout and display. Click the Window menu and choose menu Toolbars, then Layout Toolbar to display or hide the palette. Note that you can rearrange, add and remove tools by going to the View menu and choosing Customize Palettes, then menu Toolbars, then Layout Toolbar.
